Direct booking is the only solution to truly personalize your hotel stays. With Direct Booking you can select your favorite services for each specific trips and receive personalized offers matching your expectations directly from hotels.
Our service is mainly for independent, boutique hotels and resorts as chain hotels already have internal loyalty programs. The service is limited to 3, 4 and 5 star hotels.
Contrary to most booking sites which charge up to 30% commission for each reservation, Direct Booking is compensated by a minimal service fee and is therefore free to encourage hotels to offer more benefits to the customer.
Direct Booking charges guests a 5% to 8% fee each time an offer is confirmed to cover the costs of running the service. These costs change depending on the length of the stay and the amount of the offer added-value
All hotels agree to match room price if you find a cheaper price for the same room, same conditions and same period. Prices can be verified through hotel official websites at any time
Hotels can offer services such as room upgrades (superior rooms), breakfast or wifi (if not included in the price), parking, airport transfers, massages, food or drinks credits...
Depending on the nature of your trip (business, romantic, family, friends…), you can select and rank a predefined number of services from an established list of hotel services and edit them at any time
You can select 5 services in order of priority to allow the hotel understand your expectations and create the most personalized offer possible.

You can send a maximum of 3 reservation requests per day (per 24h). This limit is to prevent abuse and the transmission of false requests to hotels.
We transmit your reservation request to the hotel as soon as it is received. Response time is dependent on hotels and local time zones. Direct Booking encourages hotels to respond as soon as possible.
A booking request is valid for 24 hours.
Specific requests can be made to hotels through the Direct Booking form’s «special request» section.
It is obvious that it is impossible to deliver an excellent service when the hotel knows nothing about you. With our Guest preference form, Direct Booking empower hotels to better anticipate your expectations and needs in order to deliver the best personalized experience. All Information in this questionnaire is intended for your hotel and will not be transferred to any third party.
You can confirm any offer made to you by a hotel. In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 5 to 10% of the total amount is required. The remaining 95 or 90% of the reservation charge is paid prior to your departure directly to the hotel.
Confirmation of your reservation can be found in the « My bookings » section of your account. A confirmation email is also sent to you.
Reservations can be cancelled through « My bookings ». To confirm your cancellation, select « cancel ». Cancellation may be subject to fees.
Cancellation and/or no show fees may be charged by a hotel. Cancellation conditions can be found in the « Description » section for each hotel and are also included in the reservation confirmation email sent to both you and the hotel.

Hotels receive a copy of all reservations. Nonetheless, we advise customers to take a printed copy of their booking details.
